SHIPPING POLICY

At Sphere General Trading, we process all orders within 1–3 business days. We ship from multiple warehouse locations including Canada and international fulfillment centers.

Domestic (Canada):

• Standard delivery: 10–20 business days
• Express delivery: 3–7 business days (available at checkout, additional charges apply)

International:

• Standard: 14–30 business days depending on destination and customs processing
• Express: 7–14 business days (where available, additional charges apply)

All orders include tracking information sent to your email once shipped. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import fees.

During peak seasons, processing and delivery times may be extended. For lost or damaged packages, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at info@spheregt.ca.
