SHIPPING POLICY

At Sphere General Trading, we process all orders within 1-2 business days from our Canadian facility. Domestic shipping within Canada is provided through Canada Post and Purolator, with standard delivery taking 2-5 business days and express options available for next-day delivery. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. For international customers, we ship to select countries with delivery times of 7-14 business days, and customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees. All shipments include tracking information that will be emailed to you once your order ships. In the event of lost or damaged packages, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and provide appropriate resolution.
